- How much does shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?
Umoja Footwear Ltd delivers orders to customers nationwide using a third-party vendor, Boxleo. We charge a delivery fee of UGX 14000 for deliveries to any destination in Uganda.
- Can I change the delivery address after making a payment?

- Do you provide door-to-door/home delivery? What are the delivery options?
Yes, door-to-door delivery is currently available nationwide through Boxleo courier services.
- Delivery to the doorstep typically takes 1-3 days, depending on the customer's location.
- Please note that during high traffic or promotions, delivery may take up to 7 days.
- What if I missed my delivery? How long can uncollected goods be kept?
If the first attempt to dispatch is unsuccessful or if there is difficulty, we will make a second and a third attempt to dispatch to the client(s). You will be contacted again before your order is canceled. Alternatively, you can contact us at customercare@umojafootwear.ug or +256 (0) 200900755.
- Will Somebody Contact Me Before Delivering The Package To My Location?
Yes, our staff will contact you to confirm your availability and exact location. Upon arrival at the provided location, our delivery agents will contact you to deliver your package.
- How do I receive my order when it is delivered to my doorstep?
You will receive a call from the Delivery Rider. Please provide a valid ID to claim your goods. Ensure you confirm the integrity of the goods delivered. If there is any problem, kindly reject the delivery to the rider and contact us at customercare@umojafootwear.ug or +256 (0) 200900755.
- What if I am unable to contact the rider?
